Our Policies

PAYMENT: A credit card is taken to secure your reservation, but will not be charged until the day of check in. Payment in full for your entire reservation is due upon check-in. Should you provide false or incorrect credit card information, your reservation will be cancelled.

CANCELLATION POLICY; If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us 72 hours prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 72 hours notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. No refunds will be given within the 72 hour cancellation period. All cancellations are subject to a $15.00 processing fee.

DISCOUNTS: To be applied upon check-in only, at the front desk, i.e. Best Friends, Cash, Triple A, Senior Cash Discount.  Discounts not valid after check-in.

CHECK-IN: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call 1-800-603-2687 / 435-644-2687 to make arrangements or your key will be left in the mailbox marked, 'LATE ARRIVAL' on the red door next to the office.

CHECK OUT: 11:00 AM. Should you or your belongings not be checked out by 11:00 am you will be subject to an additional nights charge.

POOL: Pool hours 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM.  No lifeguard on duty, no glass containers permitted on pool deck, children in diapers not permitted in pool, children under the age of 14 require adult supervision.

HOUSEKEEPING POLICY; we are committed to the protection of our environment, therefore, in order to help conserve natural resources, housekeeping will be provided on every 3rd day of your stay and upon departure.  Should you require additional linens or service, please see the front desk.

PET POLICY; Pet friendly rooms 112 &117 thru 123 are designated pet rooms with an additional pet fee.  Maximum 2 pets per room.  No pets are to be left unattended on property or in rooms in excess of 30 minutes, unless crated.  Any pet contained shall not be left unattended for more than 3 hours. Any nuisance pet shall be subject to removal at the pet Owners cost. All pet customers must provide at time of check-in a valid and current contact number in the event of an emergency.  You are liable for any and all costs or fees associated with damages and or cleaning of flooring and room furnishings.  Our pet yard is for our guests' pleasure and convenience so please clean up after your pet.   

Pets in non-designated pet rooms will be subject to a $100.00 cleaning fee.

Treasure Trail Motel is a Non-Smoking Facility; smoking in our rooms will result in a damage and clean-up fee of $100.00.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special events.

Lost or un-returned room keys - $10.00 charge.
