Over the course of past three years, two private investors
have assembled two magnificent pieces of land in the scenic
City of Kanab.

These are the City of Kanab 9 hole golf course (Coral Cliffs) and approximately 580 acres of raw land located just to the east of the Coral Cliffs golf course and extending South to Highway 89.

On February 27, 2007 the City of Kanab approved both the rezoning and Planned Development applications for the respective properties. Activities to secure other significant municipal approvals to allow for the development of the properties are currently underway.

A tentative start date of construction is scheduled for late 2007 or early 2008 with residential lot and golf course membership sales starting approximately 16-24 months later.
